Patrol Team Associate - Calgary

Roll is looking for a Patrol Team Associate for our Roll Squad to grow daily ridership for our shared electric scooter operations.

This role will be responsible for pick-up and deployment scooters in high-demand areas, ensuring best riding and parking practices, and promoting Roll as a safe transportation option to riders. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to maintain the availability and quality of scooters on the road and deliver a first-class rider experience.

What you’ll do


  • Rebalance scooters to be more accessible for users in high-demand areas 

  • Educate riders on proper riding and parking etiquettes

  • Distribute helmets to riders 

  • Identify, report, and fix improperly parked scooters 


About you


  • You are results-oriented and an owner, always looking for opportunities to improve your work 

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • You have great interpersonal skills and excited to educate first-time beginners and experienced riders on how to safely ride 

  • You feel comfortable working flexible shifts on weekdays and weekends


Qualifications


  • High school degree

  • Highly active and feel comfortable lifting scooters 44lbs scooters frequently 

  • Previous delivery, mechanical, logistics, and inventory experience preferred
